Photographs and medical history shared during consultation are treated as confidential medical data. They are stored securely, accessed only by Dr. Zereyak and authorised clinical staff, and retained only for the duration necessary for your care.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No personally identifiable information is tracked.

This website does not use tracking cookies. Third-party embeds (Calendly) may set their own cookies — please refer to their respective privacy policies.

7. Data retention

Form submissions and consultation data are retained for as long as necessary to provide medical care and follow-up, typically up to 24 months after last contact. You may request deletion at any time.
